The first match of the seven T20 series between Pakistan and England will be played on Tuesday.
Both the teams have made extensive preparations before this match at the National Cricket Stadium in Karachi.
Earlier, Pakistan's team was seen in action in the Asia Cup played in UAE while England played their last T20 match against South Africa in July.
Two young players have also been included in Pakistan's team for the series against England, while opener Shaun Masood is also likely to make his T20 debut.
Pakistan and England have played 21 T20 matches against each other so far, in which England won 14 times and Pakistan 6 times, while one match was inconclusive.
The England cricket team has toured Pakistan after 17 years, due to which both the teams will play T20 matches against each other on Pakistani soil for the first time.
On the other hand, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced that the first T20 matches against Pakistan and England will be used to raise funds for the flood victims.
Pakistan's 18-member squad consists of these players:
Babar Azam (Captain), Shadab Khan (Vice-Captain), Muhammad Rizwan (Wicket Keeper), Amir Jamal, Abrar Ahmed, Muhammad Haris, Shan Masood, Khush Dil Shah, Iftikhar Ahmed, Asif Ali, Haider Ali, Muhammad Nawaz, Haris Rauf, Muhammad Wasim Jr., Naseem Shah, Shahnawaz Dhani, Muhammad Hasnain and Usman Qadir.
England will be without skipper Jos Buttler for the first T20I, while the participation of Reece Topley and Mark Wood is also questionable.
In the first T20 match, Moeen Ali will replace Jos Buttler as the captain of the team.
It is worth noting that the first T20 match between Pakistan and England will start at 7.30 pm Pakistan time.
